  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)

1 large egg

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (for glazing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Step 3 — Form the Meatballs – Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4 — Bake the Meatballs – Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly golden.

Step 5 — Glaze with BBQ Sauce – Remove the meatballs from the oven and brush them generously with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and broil for 2–3 minutes until caramelized.

Step 6 — Serve and Enjoy – Let the meatballs cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping!
